Banana Bread
Gluten free, no sugar added, Dairy Free, Paleo
Low Sugar, Low Carb, Low calorie
Makes one loaf
Yes, I added dark chocolate to mine!
Ingredients
- ½ c. coconut flour
- ½ c. almond flour
- ½ t. baking soda
- ¼ t. salt
- 2 ounces walnuts
- ½ coconut oil melted
- 1 c. banana mashed (2-3 banana depending on size)
- 4 eggs
- 2 t. vanilla extract
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Blend all dry ingredients except for walnuts
- Add in the wet ingredients and blend gently
- Fold in the walnuts
- Cover loaf pan with parchment paper
- Pour in batter
- Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown on top
- For sweeter loaf, add in w/walnuts dark chocolate
