Banana Bread

Gluten free, no sugar added, Dairy Free, Paleo

Low Sugar, Low Carb, Low calorie

Makes one loaf

Yes, I added dark chocolate to mine!

 

Ingredients

  • ½ c. coconut flour
  • ½ c. almond flour
  • ½ t. baking soda
  • ¼ t. salt
  • 2 ounces walnuts
  • ½ coconut oil melted
  • 1 c. banana mashed (2-3 banana depending on size)
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 t. vanilla extract

Directions

 

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Blend all dry ingredients except for walnuts
  3. Add in the wet ingredients and blend gently
  4. Fold in the walnuts
  5. Cover loaf pan with parchment paper
  6. Pour in batter
  7. Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown on top
  8. For sweeter loaf, add in w/walnuts dark chocolate
